MEC3 Lemon Base is easy to use, needing only the addition of water and sugar to make a well-balanced gelato, scoopable and full of flavor.
CHARACTERISTICS: stabilized base in powder form for the preparation of lemon-flavored gelatos.
Useful tip: for a creamier product add 15 g Supergel mix per liter of water.
